KITTEN SILVER WELLNESS PLAN

The KITTEN SILVER WELLNESS PLAN is a package of services covering the kittens first year of life.  It helps provide the best possible care for your pet at an affordable price. Examinations are included until six months of age and 50% off from 6-12 months of age.

Services included:

·         Initial Complete examination        

·         Three FVRCP-Chlamydia         

·         Two FeLV                    

·         FeLV Test                       

·         Two giardia     

·         Two Advantage Appl       

·         Four Dewormings (strongid- Drontal 4.00 extra)

·         Rabies Vaccination            

The above procedures are normally done at three week intervals starting at 8 weeks of age.  Ovariohysterectomy (spay) or Neuter, by surgical laser,  is included and required to be done by 5-6 months of age  (If the pet is pregnant or over 6 months old there will be an added charge).  Pre-anesthetic blood tests, pain medication and pulse oximetry monitoring are included.

Total fees $405.00 ( $275.00 without spay or neuter), plus $6.00 enrollment fee

Payment options:

1.      Pay in full, we accept cash,  checks, debit cards, and all major credit cards.

2.      Pay 1/3:     Spay/Neuter Included - $141.00 at first visit, then $135.00 at the next two visits.

W/O Spay/Neuter - $97.66 at first visit, then $91.67 at the next two visits.

Conversion to Adult Basic Plan:

When Your Pet turns one year old this plan will expire and your pet would be due for an examination, at that time we can then discuss our  FELINE GOLD WELLNESS PLAN.   We also highly recommend a microchip to identify your pet.  This can be done for $37.00 (regular $47.75) if you buy this plan. If the plan is cancelled prior to the expiration date, you will be responsible for the full amount of all services received. 

Other services:

If Your Pet becomes ill or injured, treatments, diagnostics and medications are discounted by 10%, with the exception of Pet Food.  Boarding is discounted by 15%.
