Equipment

We bought a hand held electrocardiogram for screening cats and dogs for hidden signs of heart disease.  All cats get a EKG with a full examination.  Copies are made for the medical record

This year we also have bought a x-ray film processor. It allows fast quality x-ray film processing. Our other machine was 16 years old and wore out.

We have a State of the art surgical laser. This is a piece of equipment that I use every day for various surgeries. Anyplace that I used to use a scalpel I now use the laser. Spays, neuters, eye surgeries, mass removal, certain lesion treatments, gingival hyperplasia.

We acquired a new Lasercyte blood analyzer machine. The latest equipment for our in-house lab. We do full blood analysis for pets that are sick as well as those undergoing anesthesia.
