FELINE PLATINUM WELLNESS PLAN

The FELINE PLATINUM WELLNESS PLAN is a package of services that Your Pet needs on a yearly basis.  It naturally follows the FELINE GOLD  WELLNESS PLAN as a plan covering a broader range of care.

Services covered are:

·         Complete examination (recommended 2X yearly   

·         Anesthesia and Dental Prophy (StageI-II)                                                            

·         Nail Trims (as needed)

·         Routine Vaccinations:

·         FVRCP (Distemper Combo)                                                                                     

·         FeLV (Feline Leukemia)                                                                                             

·         Rabies, Purevac yearly                                                                                              

·         Giardia (booster if needed)                                                                                        

·         Laboratory Tests:

·         Feline Leukemia/Feline Immunodeficiency Viruses                                                  

·         Complete Urinalysis, 2X Yearly                                             

·         CBC, Chemistry Profile, T-4                                                                                      

·         Counseling:  Nutrition       Behavior                                                           

·         Parasite Control:

·         Deworming twice yearly     Fecal Examination     

·         Advantage flea control twice yearly                                       

If Your Pet becomes ill or injured while on the FELINE PLATINUM WELLNESS PLAN, diagnostics, treatments, and medications are done at a 10% discount.   Boarding is discounted by 15%.  We also highly recommend a microchip to identify your pet.  This can be done for $37.00 (regular $47.75) if you buy this plan.  If the plan is started and later cancelled before the expiration date, you will be responsible for the full amount of all services received.

Cost:  $529.50, plus $6.00 enrollment fee.

1.      Pay in full, we accept cash, checks, debit cards and all major credit cards.

2.      Pay 1/3:  $182.50 (Includes enrollment fee) now, then $176.50 in 30 days and $176.50 in 60 days.
