FELINE GOLD WELLNESS PLAN

The FELINE GOLD WELLNESS PLAN is a package of services that Your Pet needs on a yearly basis.  It naturally follows the KITTEN SILVER WELLNESS PLAN at one year of age. 

Services covered are:

·         Complete Examinations (includes 1 health certificate)

·         Brief Exams                                 

·         Routine Vaccinations:

·         FVRCP (Distemper Combo)                      

·         FeLV (Feline Leukemia)                                        

·         Rabies (every 3 years)                             

·         Giardia (booster included)                

·         Laboratory Tests:

·         Feline Leukemia/Feline Immunodeficiency Viruses    

·         Complete Urinalysis                  

·         Fecal examination               

·         Nail Trims as needed

·         Counseling:

·         Nutrition           

·         Behavior   

·         Parasite Control:

·         Advantage treatment (2X yearly) 

·         Deworming twice yearly                    

If Your Pet becomes ill or injured while on the FELINE GOLD WELLNESS PLAN , diagnostics, treatments, and medications are done at a 10% discount.  Boarding is discounted by 15%.   We highly recommend a microchip for your pet.  This can be done for $37.00 (regular $47.75) if you buy this plan.  If this plan is started and then cancelled before the expiration date, you will be responsible for the full amount of all services received.

Cost:  $279.50, plus $6.00 enrollment fee.

Payment Options:

1.      Pay in full, we accept cash, checks, debit cards and all major credit cards.

2.      Pay 1/2:  $145.75 (includes enrollment fee) and $139.75 in 30 days.
